By completing this form you are instructing us to provide your client with a Home Information Pack and the appropriate fees will be incurred by you. Payment of the HIP will to be deferred on the basis that it is payable out of the net proceeds of sale on completion where we are instructed to act on any related sale. If we are not instructed to act on the sale the HIP fee must be paid by no later than 9 months from the date of instruction or when the property is taken off the market, whichever is the earlier. We will discuss payment terms with the client.
