Due to continued expansion we are looking for Collections Negotiators to join our growing Collections team. The role will involve providing a first class collection service to a variety of clients, including the finance and automotive industry. To be successful candidates should have proven experience of collections, telesales or customer services in a call centre environment.
You will be a confident and assertive communicator on the telephone and be able to successfully negotiate financial payment plans. You will be able to deliver a straight-forward collection service and be able to demonstrate the ability to work both autonomously and as a team player. You should have excellent IT skills to be able to use our debt management system. You will be given training, guidance and support to develop your role and career within our Collections team.
You will be expected to work on a rota basis, working shifts to provide cover between 8 am to 9 pm; Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings.
