Construction

We advise on and handle a wide range of disputes from court proceedings through to mediation, adjudication and arbitration.  We are also involved in advising on all non-contentious contract matters including procurement, health and safety, copyright and intellectual property issues.  We deal with building, civil engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering and process plant projects including PFI and infrastructure projects.

We are looking to expand our construction team and are looking for ambitious construction lawyers with proven experience in a well respected firm.  You will have excellent client and team communication skills, have excellent drafting skills, have a personal desire to play a key role in the future of the team and be able to deliver straight-forward, quality advice to clients.  You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work both autonomously and as a team player.

For junior lawyers you will be given guidance and support to develop your career within construction.  For more senior lawyers you will be encouraged to support and mentor junior lawyers with their development.

We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits package, including 25 days annual leave (rising to 30 days), training and development, private medical insurance, life assurance, healthcare scheme, subsidised gym membership, car parking, on-site restaurant, flexible working, childcare vouchers, and local discounts.
