We are looking for an ambitious assistant with proven employee incentives and/or employment taxes experience gained at a well respected legal, accountancy or advisory firm.  Both lawyers and non-lawyers will be considered for the role. 

You will have at least 2-3 years post qualification experience in advising on one or more of the following practice areas:

·         employee benefits;

·         employee incentives;

·         employment taxes.

Ideally you will have experience in each of the above but a desire to develop the skills to work across all of the above areas is more important.

You will have excellent client and team communication skills and will be given the opportunity to play a key role in the future of this growing and entrepreneurial team. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work both autonomously and as a team player and above all be able to deliver straight-forward, quality advice to clients.
