About Our Speakers
Andrew Jones, Wright Hassall
Andrew advises clients buying and selling commercial properties in the industrial, logistics, retail and leisure sectors, particularly SMEs. He has an extensive knowledge of commercial property portfolios including property investment, development and trading businesses.
John Gregory, Wright Hassall
John is a specialist planning lawyer with extensive experience in advising on all aspects of the planning and highways regime. His significant experience of working with local authorities and his wider public sector expertise enables him to provide pragmatic and commercially focussed advice to clients from both the private and public sectors.
Nick Sinclair-Wilson, BRI Group
Nick is a Financial Planner at BRI, having joined their Financial Planning department in January 2016 as a Paraplanner before moving into his current role. Prior to this he worked for a Northamptonshire-based IFA practice, having graduated from Aston University in 2012 with a 2:1 in Business Management. Nick holds the CFA IMC accreditation alongside the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and received Chartered status in 2018.
David Slade, Wright Hassall
David is a Partner within our Commercial Real Estate team. He specialises in investment property sales and purchases. David is also involved in development work, landlord and tenant transactions, secured lending and a wide range of general non-contentious commercial property work. David is ranked by both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.
David Penn, Bromwich Hardy
David Penn is one of the best-known and most respected faces in the Coventry and Warwickshire business world, and is a Past-President of the region’s Chamber of Commerce.
David, who joined Bromwich Hardy in 2015, specialises in commercial agency, valuations, investment disposals and acquisitions, and property development.He has more than 30 years’ experience in commercial property and is a fellow of the RICS and a Registered Valuer. He has been twice named Property Professional of the Year in the prestigious FirstPro awards.
David’s expertise is in constant demand across the region and he is a member of Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce’s Employment Land Panel. This year he played a leading role in helping compile a major report for the Chamber into the lack of employment land provision in the region.
