Jeanette was appointed head of  the clinical negligence and personal injury department in February 2005 after joining Wright Hassall the previous year.

Jeanette specialises in clinical negligence actions and has a wealth of experience dealing with all types of cases but has a particular interest in neurological and obstetric cases. Having worked previously for Hospital Trusts, Jeanette has extensive knowledge of hospital practices and procedures. This gives her the ability to assess a case speedily and to anticipate the other parties' position – this ensures the best possible case is put forward on behalf of her client.

Jeanette is the only solicitor in Warwickshire who is a  member of the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Panel and is an accredited senior litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
