Peter Bowsher, a former Judge of the Technology and Construction Court, practises from Keating Chambers as an arbitrator, adjudicator and mediator.
During his 16 year career on the bench Peter handled hundreds of highly complex, technical cases such as St Martin's Property v Sir Robert McAlpine. Since joining Keating Chambers, Peter has acted as sole arbitrator and coarbitrator on domestic and international disputes, including appointments by the ICC and RICS; as adjudicator on substantial claims in the construction and rail industry; and as mediator on several high value disputes.

A Fellow of CIArb since 1982, he was called to the bar in 1992 specialising in building and civil engineering. Tony lectures at Reading University and has written for The Builder for the past 21 years.
