Adam deals with a wide variety of injuries ranging from minor whiplash type injuries to major injuries, such as paraplegia and tetraplegia, arising from road traffic accidents, accidents at work and accidents in public places. Having passed his motorcycle licence test many years ago Adam has a particular interest in motorcycle accident claims and he also deals with claims arising from accidents abroad, including claims which need to be made in foreign legal jurisdictions.
As well as Personal Injury claims Adam also has experience of claims made by way of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority scheme and also claims against uninsured and untraced motorists by way of the Motor Insurers Bureau scheme.
For many years Adam acted for a number of leading insurers in defending Personal Injury claims and now uses his knowledge of the insurance industry for the benefit of Personal Injury Claimants.
Background
Adam is the longest serving member of the PI team, having been with Wright Hassall since 1987, and has specialised in personal injury work since 1989.
Interests
Away from work Adam keeps himself fit by practicing the Korean martial art of Tae Kwon Do in which he holds a black belt and, when he has time, plays the guitar (very badly!)
