Andrew has had many years of corporate recovery experience in Birmingham and the West Midlands. He has dealt with a diverse range of companies from brickworks, retailers, slaughter houses and motor component manufacturers to hotels and time-shares, and has acted either for Insolvency Practitioners in the sales or for buyers of the undertakings. Andrew has particular experience in advising SMEs on acquisitions and disposals when restructuring the business is part of the process.
Background
Andrew, who has dual qualifications in Zimbabwe and the UK, joined Wright Hassall in March 2005 to head up the recovery and insolvency team.
