Ben is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and deals with all contentious Property issues including: -
- Enforcement of Covenants
- Recovery of rent arrears and service charges
- Dilapidations
- Assignments and sub-lettings
- Business Lease Renewal
- Rights of Way
- Boundary Disputes
- Adverse Possession
- Trespassers and Squatters
- Possession Claims, including forfeiture
Ben has a particular interest in issues regarding rights over neighbouring land and commercial Landlord and Tenant disputes.
Background
Ben spent 9 years working for a large practice in Worcester where he fulfilled various litigation roles and developed his interest and specialism in property related matters. Whilst working fulltime Ben completed a Part-time Law Degree and his Legal Executive training.
Interests
When he’s not working or studying, Ben will either be found in the kitchen or garden or, preferably, at Worcester Rugby Club.
