Christine acts for both suppliers and purchasers on a wide range of commercial transactions in the technology, retail, financial services, waste management and logistics sectors.
Christine’s expertise includes drafting and advising on contracts in relation to the sale and supply of goods and services, logistics and warehousing, outsourcing (IT, catering, facilities management), IT/software procurement, agency, distribution and franchising, sponsorship and advertising. In addition, Christine provides regulatory and compliance advice, with a particular interest in website compliance and data protection issues.
Background
Christine hails from City law firm Lovells where she gained a broad range of experience in the fields of IT, IP, media and communications. While at Lovells, Christine enjoyed secondments to the legal team of a national telecommunications provider and to a multinational sports merchandise retailer.
