Background
Christine qualified as a solicitor in March 1998 at London Law firm Lovells where she practised in the Computers, Communications and Media Unit. Whilst at Lovells, Christine was seconded to a major telecommunications service provider and, in addition, to the internet arm of an international sportswear retailer where she gained invaluable in-house experience, giving advice on a broad range of non-contentious IP, IT, data protection, media, telecommunications and general commercial matters.
In September 2000, Christine joined the London Office of U.S. technology law firm, Morrison & Foerster, where she advised a diverse range of clients from start-ups through to major international enterprises on IT, data protection, telecommunications and commercial matters.
In 2003, Christine left London for the Midlands to spend time with her young family and joined Pinsent Masons in Spring 2006 as a Professional Support Lawyer. Recognising her preference for fee earning work, Christine joined Wright Hassall in January 2007, where she is enjoying giving wide ranging advice to the firm’s clients with regard to their commercial activities.
Interests
During her career, Christine has been a member of Women in Business, Women in Cable, The Communications Group and she has enjoyed attending various other industry based events related to her work.
