Claire McGinnity

Claire joined Wright Hassall in December 2006 and advises clients in the administration of estates and trusts; the preparation of wills and powers of attorney; Court of Protection matters; and on issues that affect the elderly. Claire is a member of the Society for Trusts and Estates Practitioners, the Law Society Probate Section and Solicitors for the Elderly.

Background

Claire graduated from Coventry University in 1998 and undertook her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Chester.  She worked in regulation at the Law Society before starting her training contract with Cocks Lloyd in Nuneaton.  Upon qualification in 2003, Claire joined Shakespeares as an Assistant Solicitor.

Interests

In her spare time, Claire enjoys live music and theatre; playing netball and running.  She is well travelled and enjoys visiting places of historical interest.
