Daniel has experience dealing with a variety of High Court actions, acting for major corporate clients including a number of AIM listed companies and high street banks and individuals, as well as various regulatory disputes including investigations into breaches of the AIM Rules. He has also acted as a PLC non-executive director giving him first hand experience of the challanges faced by businesses at all levels.
Background
Daniel studied at Birmingham University graduating with a Bachelors’ degree in Law and a Masters Degree in Commercial Law. Having completed the LPC, he joined DLA Piper’s Birmingham office in September 2004. After two years at DLA, working in non-contentious areas of law Daniel qualified in 2006 and left to join Wragge & Co in Birmingham, before choosing to move to Wright Hassall in March 2007.
