Daniel Jennings

Daniel joined Wright Hassall in March 2007 and advises clients on all aspects of commercial litigation and dispute resolution. He also advises on finance based litigation.

Background

Daniel studied at Birmingham University graduating with a Bachelors' degree in Law and a Masters Degree in Commercial Law. Having completed the LPC in Birmingham he joined DLA Piper's office in Birmingham in September 2004. After two years at DLA, working in non-contentious and contentious areas of law Daniel qualified in 2006 but left to join Wragge & Co in Birmingham, before choosing to move to Wright Hassall.

Daniel has gained considerable experience across a wide range of commercial disciplines, including finance litigation, recoveries and enforcement work, company and shareholder disputes and fraud claims. Daniel, however, specialises in Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution.

Interests

Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife and family, but is also an avid rugby fan and a keen cricketer and golfer.
