Dawn has considerable experience in all aspects of commercial property work. She particularly focuses on non-contentious leasehold matters including the grant of new leases, assignments and renewals.
She has acted for a number of clients with large property portfolios, advising on asset management issues. She has also advised on many freehold transactions and is proud of her “common sense” approach.
Dawn has strong local connections and this enables her to provide effective advice with a personal touch.
Background
After graduating with a degree in Biomedical Sciences from Sheffield University, Dawn undertook the law conversion course and then trained at Wragge & Co LLP. She qualified into the Real Estate department and remained there until 2006 when she took up a new role in Leamington to work closer to home. She joined Wright Hassall in Summer 2011.
