Eleanor handles all aspects of commercial real estate but has a particular specialism in complex regeneration projects and property development along with its funding and financing. She acts for investors, funders, corporates, developers and the public sector including local government and charitable bodies. Eleanor has particular experience of joint venture projects between the public and private sectors as well as large scale, town centre, mixed-use schemes. She is also experienced in land options, collaboration and equalisation agreements. Eleanor is recognised by the legal directories as a leader in her field.
