Ellie is a Solicitor in the property dispute resolution team and deals with a wide range of property related disputes, including:
- Business lease renewal
- Recovery of rent arrears and service charges
- Dilapidations
- Assignments and sub-lettings
- Boundary disputes
- Adverse possession
- Trespassers and squatters
- Enforcement of covenants
- Possession claims, including forfeiture
Background
Ellie read law at the University of Exeter and completed the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School, where she achieved a distinction. Ellie trained at Wright Hassall before qualifying as a Solicitor in October 2009.

Ellie enjoys reading, cinema, walking and is also a keen baker!
