Emma deals with all aspects of contentious insolvency. This includes advising on both personal and corporate insolvency matters such as bankruptcy, liquidations, administrations and voluntary arrangements. Emma particularly specialises in dealing with technical contentious personal insolvency matters which include advising on applications for possession and sale, transactions at an undervalue/preference claims, exceptional circumstances and complex annulments.

Emma joined Wright Hassall having worked in the Insolvency Team at Blake Lapthorn Tarlo Lyons in London. Emma qualified as a solicitor in September 2002.
Interests
Emma loves to socialise with friends although this has taken a back seat of late having entered the world of motherhood. Other interests include travelling, sailing and swimming.
