Ian is Head of the Employment Department. He advises on the full range of employment issues, specialising in discrimination law.
Ian conducts his own advocacy before the Employment Tribunal and has particular expertise in Employment Appeal Tribunal cases.
Background
Ian qualified with Pearsons in 1982. He joined Wright Hassall in 1984 and became a Partner in 1985.

Away from work, Ian is passionate about his boat and enjoys sailing.
