Lindsay has considerable experience in advising suppliers and customers on all aspects of IT procurement and outsourcing transactions. He has particular expertise in advising businesses in the financial services, logistics/retail and public sectors. His expertise also extends to advising on regulatory issues in the financial services sector, data protection and on general commercial contracts.
Background
Prior to joining Wright Hassall LLP, Lindsay was a partner with Blake Lapthorn Tarlo Lyons where he headed up their IT and outsourcing practice. He has also worked in-house within the financial services sector and with a major city firm.
