Marian is the head of the Business Immigration team having concentrated on employment and business related immigration advice to corporate and individual clients since 1990. She advises financial institutions and major multinationals as well as smaller companies and private individuals. Her clients include major players in a wide range of industries including advertising, banking, brewing, consumer products, engineering, financial services, IT, legal, oil and gas industry, market research and retail.

Background
Before joining Wright Hassall, Marian was the Head of Business Immigration at Ollerenshaw and prior to that she was the Head of Business Immigration for City solicitors Lovells LLP for 7 years. Altogether Marian has over 25 years’ immigration and nationality experience.
She is regularly listed as a “leading individual” in the Business Immigration section of Chambers UK and the Legal 500. She is also listed in “Who’s Who Legal”, the International Who’s Who of Business Lawyers. From 1997 to 2007 she was a part-time Immigration Judge and sat regularly on the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal where she heard asylum and immigration appeals.
