Mark was, for many years, been a contributing editor of Butterworths Corporate Law Service and is the Consultant Editor of the Law Society's book on The Companies Act 2006.
Background
Mark graduated from Pembroke College, Oxford. He was previously at Osborne Clarke and prior to that he was with DMH Stallard.
