Martin acted for the three Defendants, which was heard by His Honour Judge Norris QC in an 8-day trial in July 2011. Judgment is awaited later this year. The matter involves an Estate valued in excess of £4 million with allegations of undue influence and the Deceased lacking knowledge and approval when executing his Will. Background
After graduating from Durham University, Martin completed the Common Professional Examination and Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, York. Martin then went on to train with Challinors in Birmingham and was admitted as a Solicitor in 2001.
