Mary Rouse is a Litigation Manager who has been with Wright Hassall for 18 years. She deals with all aspects of residential landlord and tenant disputes. She specialises in advising on anti-social behaviour cases for Registered Social Landlords and has extensive experience of all the remedies available including injunctions, possession claims and applications for demotion. Mary's RSL clients benefit from regular surgery days to discuss the progress of cases, advice on new matters and report on any new legal developments. Mary is part of Wright Hassall's Housing Management Team and also advises on disrepair claims, unauthorised occupiers and former tenant arrears recovery.
