Neli is a dual qualified Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales and a Bulgarian Advocate, Member of The Bulgarian Bar. Neli joined the Wright Hassall construction team in April 2008 and works mostly on contentious construction and engineering disputes as well as some non-contentious matters.
Background
Neli was born in Bulgaria where she graduated from the University of Veliko Tarnovo with a Master Degree in Law in 2001. Neli qualified as a lawyer in Bulgaria in 2002. Upon qualification she worked as a junior counsel at the Legal Department of the Bulgarian National Directorate for Building Control. Following her move to England, Neli first completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Law course at the Birmingham City University and then the Legal Practice Course at Birmingham College of Law. Neli was admitted as a solicitor in England in May 2008.
Interests
In her spare time Neli enjoys classical music, travelling around England and Europe and reading classics. In addition to English, Neli also speaks Bulgarian, Russian, Macedonian, Serbo- Croatian, and basic German.
