Paul is a solicitor in the corporate team and specialises in transactional work, partnership law and company law. In particular, he deals with mergers, acquisitions, takeovers and disposals of businesses and companies and the preparation of partnership agreements, shareholders agreements and cross option agreements. He also advises charities on a range of corporate and commercial matters.
His corporate transaction experience includes acting for purchasers, vendors and banks in both asset and share sales.
Background
Paul graduated from the University of Birmingham with a degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering before completing a law conversion at the same institution and the Legal Practice Course at the Birmingham College of Law. Paul undertook his training contract with a firm in Wiltshire and qualified into their commercial department in September 2006 before joining Wright Hassall in August 2007.
