Peter is head of the Family Department. He specialises in private family law including divorce and ancillary financial issues and matters relating to children. Peter is an accredited specialist with Resolution (Solicitors Family Law Association) and a member of the Law Society Children's Panel. He is known for his practical and conciliatory approach and his ability to seek a mutually acceptable solution to family problems.
Background
Having completed his law degree at Liverpool University, Peter trained at Booth & Co, Leeds. Before joining Wright Hasall in 2003, he was a partner at Langleys, York and latterly with Kirbys in Harrogate.
Interests
Family, junior football, rugby league and fishing.
