Rita is a solicitor in the corporate team and specialises in transactional work. In particular, she deals with mergers, acquisitions, takeovers, disposals, management buy-ins and buy-outs.
Her experience includes acting for purchasers, vendors and banks on various deals of varying transactional value. She has dealt with both asset and share sales, including purchasing businesses from administrators. In addition, she has represented investors in joint ventures as well as dealing with the interests of shareholders. She has also acted on matters involving refinancing of businesses along with restructuring of groups of companies.
