Russell works in the residential property development unit acting for both commercial house builders and housing associations. Russell deals with all aspects of the site set up process including the production of model plot sale documentation (including shared ownership leases) and HIPs. He advises on and implements estate management solutions including the establishment of management companies and freehold reversion transfers. Russell also undertakes plot sales and manages the plot sales process and the plot sales team so that plot reservations are converted into sales in a quick and efficient manner.
Background
Russell is a fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives (FILEX). He trained at Wright Hassall then worked at Warwick District Council before rejoining Wright Hassall in 1999.
