Steve is a corporate solicitor specialising in transactional work including M&As, MBIs, MBOs, restructuring and refinancing. He acts for purchasers, vendors and banks on both share and asset sales.
Background
Steve read law at the University of Leeds and continued at the University to undertake a masters in International and European Business Law achieving a distinction. Steve trained at Wright Hassall and qualified into the corporate team in 2008.
Interests
Steve enjoys most sports but in particular football (playing and watching), tennis, rugby and skiing. He has also had a lot of fun travelling.
