Suki also provides employment advice in relation to corporate transactions and has worked on numerous company acquisitions for both purchaser and vendor, as well as for housing associations.
Suki has a specialist interest in providing legal support to HR practitioners in a wide range of companies from PLCs to local businesses. She also presents client seminars and workshops on a range of employment-related subjects.

Background
Suki trained with a Bristol firm before joining Wright Hassall in 2000 after qualification. She became a Partner in 2005. Suki also speaks Punjabi and Hindi.
