Tim specialises in all aspects of property litigation, including:
- dilapidations disputes (in which he takes particular interest)
- landlord and tenant issues
- breach of covenant
- tenant insolvency
- actions for possession and forfeiture
- opposed business tenancy renewals
- adverse possession
- boundary disputes
- rights of way issues
He has been involved in several high value cases which have been heard in the High Court and the Technology and Construction Courts.
Background
After graduating with a BA Honours in Law and Politics, Tim trained with Spratt Endicott, qualifying in 2006. He joined Martineau in 2007 and Wright Hassall in September 2008.
Interests
Tim is a keen sportsman participating in swimming, cycling and running and combining all three to compete in triathlons. And when not exercising, he also enjoys listening to live music.
