Tim specialises in all aspects of property litigation, including:
- dilapidations disputes (of which he takes particular interest)
- landlord and tenant issues
- breach of covenant
- tenant insolvency
- actions for possession and forfeiture
- opposed business tenancy renewals
- adverse possession
- boundary disputes
- rights of way issues
He has been involved in several high value cases which have been heard in the High Courts and the Technology and Construction Courts.
Background
Gaining a BA Honours in Law and Politics, Tim trained and qualified on 1 March 2006 at Spratt Endicott where he practised until moving to the Birmingham office of Martineau in 2007. Tim joined Wright Hassall in September 2008.
Interests
Tim is a keen sportsman participating in swimming, cycling and running and combining all three to compete in triathlons. And when not exercising, he also enjoys listening to live music.
