Toni is a Solicitor in the employment team and deals with a wide range of employment related issues, including:
Drafting and advising on employment contracts, service agreements and consultancy agreements
Drafting policies and staff handbooks
Advising on, assisting and affecting the termination of an employee's employment
Advice on severance packages, undertaking the relevant negotiations for termination and preparing the relevant compromise agreements
Advising on disciplinary proceedings
Background
Toni studied law at the University of Warwick, graduating in 2005. She completed her legal practice course at the College of Law in Birmingham before commencing her training with Wright Hassall in 2007. Toni completed her training contract and qualified as a Solicitor on the 1st October 2009.
Interests
Toni is a mentor for law students studying at the University of Warwick and she enjoys travelling, going to the theatre and ten-pin bowling.
