In response we have developed a range of ideas (Wright Solutions) that generate ongoing value for businesses through reducing employment costs whilst in many cases also enhancing employees’ ‘take-home’ pay.

Wright Solutions work by maximising the tax and National Insurance efficiencies of employee pay and benefits - for example, by restructuring company car provision, exchanging taxable pay for tax efficient allowances or altering the method of contributing to a pension.

Wright Solutions are tried and tested and our recently recruited team has been implementing them for a number of years. All of the ideas are accepted, and have been approved, by HMRC.
How we approach the work
We initially work with businesses (without cost or obligation) to ascertain if, and to what extent, Wright Solutions can generate savings for them. We then implement the solution(s) from start to finish (covering all tax, legal and HR aspects).
When can Wright Solutions apply?
- Wright Solutions can generate savings for businesses where their pay, benefits and/or working practices fall into certain categories, including:
- Wright Pensions – for businesses with a pension scheme into which employees contribute
- Wright Mobile Allowance – for organisations with employees that work offsite or are regularly on the road (whether drivers, sales or construction personnel or simply visiting clients or other offices).
- Wright Vehicle Ownership – for organisations with company cars
- Wright Fuel – for businesses that reimburse employees’ private fuel costs
- Wright Mile – for organisations where car cash allowances are paid in lieu of a company car
- Go Green – for businesses that want to encourage green car ownership in a cost-efficient way
