It is not uncommon for a disgruntled customer or employee to set up a website called something like yourcompanysucks.co.uk to abuse your company.
You may be able to take action against them: for example, you could take court action if they have libelled your business. This will however involve costs, and may generate additional publicity for them. In many cases, your best course might simply be to ignore their activities.
