You are required by law to refer in your terms and conditions to your disciplinary rules and your disciplinary and grievance procedures, but you do not have to make the disciplinary rules and procedures themselves part of your terms and conditions. If you did, you could find yourself in breach of contract if you failed to observe some details of those rules and procedures.
