The finance and lending specialists undertake a wide range of transactional work, including:
acquisition finance (including MBO/MBI);
property funding and refinancing;
corporate loans (including secured group facilities); and
receivables (invoice discounting/factoring), leasing and export finance.

Our experience includes advising clients who are required to comply with (or work within the requirements of) charities law; the public procurement rules; the social housing sector and educational establishments. We also advise public sector suppliers.
