Being left out of a will

If you have been left out of the will of a close family member or a person with whom you have been in a long relationship, it may be the case that you will be able to make a claim under the Inheritance (Family and Dependants) Act 1975.

We can provide expert advice on the people entitled to make a claim under the Act and the strict time limits for making a claim.

There are a number of other claims which may be available and which we would be happy to consider with you.

For a no-obligation discussion about being left out of a will and any potential claim you may have, please contact Martin Oliver on 01926 880751.
