Since its introduction in The Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996, adjudication is now the standard method of resolving differences between parties to a construction contract.
Adjudication is less expensive and less disruptive to a business than traditional litigation or arbitration as the process can take as little as 28 days to complete.
