How can we help

Clinical Negligence can occur when the treatment you receive from a doctor, dentist, nurse or other health professional falls below an acceptable standard and you suffer as a direct result of that treatment. As Clinical Negligence solicitors, we can advise you on claims against clinical and dental practitioners in the following categories:

  • NHS Hospital Trusts
This would include surgeons, doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, psychologists, radiologists, paramedics and therapists employed within the hospital
  • Primary Care Trusts
These include GPs, practice nurses, health visitors, therapists employed by the PCT and any other community based medicine including psychiatric services.
  • Dentists
Including dentists, dental nurses and hygienists
  • Private Practitioners
This includes all medical staff and therapists employed by private hospitals.
