Compensation or damages is the monetary award given by Hospitals and Doctors to patients who claim in an attempt to make amends for injury and losses you have suffered as a result of their clinical negligence.
Compensation is divided into 2 categories:
General Damages
Special Damages
What do I receive?
You will receive all of your damages with no deduction for legal fees or any costs incurred by us on your behalf. Your damages are to compensate you for your injuries and losses and so all the monies recovered are paid to you.
