To help us to help you, we will ask you to:
- tell us as much as possible about your income and outgoings, to enable us to properly assess how much you can afford
- let us know as soon as you can about changes that might affect your ability to repay
- let us know if there is any aspect of our service that you don’t understand
- tell us if you think there are ways we can improve our service
We recognise that both we and you have everything to gain if we treat you fairly in all aspects of our dealings with you.
Online income and expenditure analysis
We appreciate that sometimes it is not convenient for you to talk to one of our team. Indeed, you may prefer to provide us with details of your income and expenditure and make an offer of repayment online. We are pleased to offer you the facility to complete our electronic income and expenditure form and to e-mail it directly to us with details of your offer. We will review the information and offer and contact you via your preferred method of communication with the decision. This facility recognises your increased desire to keep a closer eye on your finances and provides an alternative solution to review and resolve outstanding debt problems.
Please complete the form as fully and as accurately as possible. Do not forget to complete the offer section of the income and expenditure form. Once completed, please save a copy for your records and e-mail a copy to phil.wilding@wrighthassall.co.uk stating details of your preferred method of communication i.e. email, phone or post.
