We advise on all types of site acquisition, development and disposal regardless of complexity. No matter what the size or type of development, a developer will require a broad range of legal advice to realise the scheme from heads of agreement through to plot disposal. We are able to draw on a cross-disciplinary team of lawyers to provide such specialist expertise. Our approach is necessarily commercial, proactive and solution-based and our aim is to maximise transaction speed and efficiencies whilst minimising risk.

  • commercial property development funding: attending to all terms of funding requirements from traditional security through to forward funding, alternative investment structures
  • disposal: attending to sale and/or lease of units (residential and / or commercial), including setting up estate schemes and management companies.
