Commercial Property

Commercial Property

Commercial Property is undoubtedly one of the most diverse and engaging areas of legal practice. In any one day, we can go from handling a lease renewal for a local business, to a negotiating a multi-million pound development in another part of the country. Commercial property work is varied and often fascinating; after all, property is one of the great drivers of economic prosperity. That's why we're property lawyers - we like to be at the heart of things.

Our experience

We can help you with any commercial property matter whether it is part of a complex corporate transaction or a straightforward lease negotiation. We act for a wide range of clients from small businesses to blue chip corporates, both locally and nationally.  Because we have one of the largest commercial property teams in the Midlands and because many of us gained our experience at larger national firms, there is very little we haven't seen or handled. We can match the correct level of resource to your transaction regardless of size.

We are supported by the complementary expertise of other specialist departments including property litigation, construction, planning and environmental. Electronic communication, document handling, case control and reporting systems are streamlined through effective use of IT.
