  • Advised and assisted on the review and adoption of the London Borough of Camden’s Unitary Development Plan,
  • Assisted on the issues relating to the compulsory purchase of sites across King’s Cross, under the Channel Tunnel Rail Link Bill
  • Attended the Transport Select Committee in the House of Commons.
  • Assisting and advising Camden Council on the Judicial Review of the Swiss Cottage Redevelopment Project
  • Enforcement actions and appeals in relation to breach of planning controls to the Shaw Park Plaza Hotel

  • Acting for AGP (Greater Peterborough) in conjunction with Peterborough City Council and LSP (Local Strategic hip) - strategic advice resulted in the allocation of into the Prescott Plan for the purposes of inward investment/growth. Consequently, ODPM allocated 2,000 new homes to Peterborough
  • Remodeling of West Coast Mainline Railworks
  • Highway CPO for Oxfordshire County Council for bridge widening
  • Breach of planning control in relation to the British Museum
  • Acted for Warwick District Council in relation to prosecuting under the Sunday Trading Act
