Has a member of your family recently died?
Dealing with the loss of a loved one is never easy. Grieving relatives are often left wondering what to do next or where to turn to when letters need writing, forms need filling in and debts need settling. A Grant of Probate may be required to collect in the assets of the deceased.

Until 30th April 2010, we are offering confidential probate law advice consultations, free of charge and free from obligation, with one of our specialist probate lawyers. Consultations can last for up to an hour.

preparing legal documentation, including Deeds of Variation
transferring property to beneficiaries

corresponding with HM Revenue and Customs on tax matters including the preparation of tax returns
guiding and supporting executors or administrators on their duties and responsibilities
When can I see someone?
Anytime by appointment during our normal office hours, which are 9.00am - 5.30pm.
But I need to make an appointment outside office hours...
We've thought of that, so to assist with busy schedules we will be holding free legal advice clinics in the evening on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 4.30pm and 7.00pm. With places limited these will be by appointment only which can be made at anytime up to 5pm on the day.
