“Wright Hassall has looked after all the legal aspects of the negotiations in what was quite an involved process and we are delighted with the outcome.”

Graham Baker, chairman of Butcher’s Pet Care.

TUI UK Limited

Acting for TUI UK LImitd this project involved multi-disciplinary teams advising TUI UK Limited on a property consolidation which saved them over £6 million a year in occupancy cost.  Wright Hassall dealt with the legal aspects arising on the consolidation of operations and relocation of TUI UK Limited’s head office in the UK from Greater London House on the Hampstead Road, London to large purpose built offices at Wigmore House and Marlborough House (adjacent to the Airport) in Luton. The new Luton premises comprised approximately 90,000sqft spread over several floors and accommodates around 800 staff. Wright Hassall has dealt exclusively for many years with all of TUI UK Limited’s legal property requirements in England and Wales and continues to do so.
