Phillip Harris, a partner in the Construction and Engineering Department, has drafted "from scratch" the Strategic Alliance Agreement for Amber Valley Housing Limited, with 3 national contractors involving works of £50 million over 5 years; he has assisted Jephson and Bromford in relation to the Potterton redevelopment in Leamington Spa; he has drafted the Construction Contract Terms & Conditions on a raft of different contracts for Marches Housing Association and advised them on the preparation of a major NEC contract. Phillip Harris has previously lectured to various Housing Associations including Orbit Housing and given non-contentious advice on contracts and warranties.
Phillip also lectures to Housing Associations on the PPC 2000 form of contract and has lectured on this form of contract to registered social landlords for the RICS.
