If you are shortlisted you will be invited to an assessment day which will give you the opportunity to demonstrate some of the various skills that you have developed so far. This is organised according to the available seats and may consist of the following: interview with Training Partner and HR Manager, IT test, five minute presentation and a group exercise. You will also meet some of our past and current trainees so that you can question them about what it is really like to be a trainee at WH.
