For each seat you will have a supervisor (this will normally be a Partner) who will give you guidance and constructive feedback on your performance. We have a structured performance appraisal system and you will be helped with both personal and career development. All our trainees are properly supervised to ensure that they develop the confidence and abilities that will see them through a long and happy career with us.
