"Wright Hassall may have over 200 employees but right from the start, you are made to feel welcome and a real part of the team, not just a number. On the work side of things, one of the great things about the firm is that you are offered a wide choice of seats, so there is great potential to practice in an area you are actually interested in. Once in your seat, you are involved in active matters from the word ‘go’ and the supervisors are able to strike a good balance between teaching you the law and giving you responsibility, which sometimes includes your own case load. You are encouraged to take on responsibility and be independent at WH but the large support network, including your fellow trainees, is always there to fall back on."
